I taught this lesson to an Algebra II class a day after learning about the properties of logarithms. Technology is integrated through the use of a Kahoot (link provided in lesson plan). Students with questions can get one-on-one assistance at the end of the lesson. Upon reflection, the Kahoot might need a little tweaking in terms of the time duration per question - some questions did not have enough time for the students to answer thoroughly.

This is a performance assessment for a high-school choir. It was written intending to focus on individual students' ability to learn music and hold their own parts. This assessment would be evaluated so as to ascertain every student's musicality, but students should not feel like they should have to study for this assessment like they would have to study for a test.

This is an Algebra I test for 9th graders. It's a very short assessment, but it focuses on more than just completing the formula - it addresses true understanding of the concepts practiced previously by forcing the students to critically think about the process and demonstrate that they know exactly how the numbers relate to one another. The answer key is included as well.
